I believe mental health care should be affordable.

So I accept the following insurance plans:

United Healthcare | Optum | Oxford | Carelon | Quest

If your insurance is not listed, I offer affordable cash-pay rates and will provide you with a receipt/superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

(Please note I am unable to accept patients with Medicaid or Medicare.)
